Lesson № 1 — Free for everyone, client or not

How to spot a credit repair scam.

They promise a score number

Guaranteed results are illegal to promise under federal law. We promise process, not points — anyone who does otherwise is your cue to leave.

They charge before doing anything

The Credit Repair Organizations Act says you're billed only after work is performed. Upfront fees are what ended the industry's biggest names.

They say accurate items can vanish

No one can legally remove accurate, verifiable information — including us. Anyone claiming otherwise is describing fraud.

They keep the process a mystery

Every dispute we file and every bureau response lands in your portal, explained in plain English. Nothing about your own case should be hidden from you.

§ 1 · The Syllabus

Four units. Fully documented.

No proprietary secrets, no black box. This is what happens after your free review, in order.

UNIT 01 — WEEK 1

Audit

We pull all three bureau reports and review every account: what's accurate, what's questionable, and what's costing you the most.

UNIT 02 — WEEKS 2–6

Dispute

Inaccurate, unverifiable, and outdated items are challenged with the bureaus and furnishers under FCRA §611 and §623.

UNIT 03 — AS NEEDED

Negotiate

For valid debts, we negotiate settlements and payment terms. You review and approve every offer before anything is signed.

UNIT 04 — ONGOING

Educate

Throughout, you learn what we're doing and why — utilization, aging, credit mix — so the results last after we're done.

How long does it take? Bureaus must respond to disputes within 30 days, so first results typically appear in 30–45 days. A full cleanup usually runs 3–9 months depending on your reports.

§ 2 · The Client Experience

You'll never wonder what's happening with your case.

The most common complaint about credit repair companies is silence after the first payment. We built the opposite: every letter, response, and result — visible the moment it happens.

01

A live view of every dispute

Log in anytime to see each item's status — what's been challenged, which bureau is on the clock, and when their 30-day response is due.

02

Your case in your pocket

Our client app for iOS and Android has your full case file, real-time updates, and two-way messaging with your specialist.

03

Text updates when things happen

A bureau responds, an item comes off, a letter goes out — you get a text. No chasing us for status calls.

04

Enrollment in minutes, fully paperless

Sign your agreement electronically and upload your documents from your phone. No printing, no faxing, no office visit.

05

Real letters, physically mailed

Disputes are printed and mailed to the bureaus — the method they're legally required to investigate — and logged to your file.

06

Before-and-after, side by side

Each cycle, your new reports are compared against the last ones so you can see exactly what changed — line by line.

§ 4 · Scope of Work

What we dispute — and what we won't pretend to do.

We dispute and negotiate
  • Collections and charge-offs that can't be validated, re-aged debts, and paid accounts still reporting as owed
  • Late payments reported in error, past the 7-year limit, or misreported after forbearance
  • Inaccurate balances and duplicates — wrong amounts, closed accounts showing open, one debt reported twice
  • Unauthorized inquiries and identity errors — hard pulls without permissible purpose, mixed files
  • Valid debts you actually owe — negotiated for reduced settlement or workable terms, with your approval
We will never
  • Remove accurate information. If it's correct and verifiable, no one can legally remove it — including us
  • Promise a score increase. Guaranteed results are illegal to promise and impossible to deliver
  • Advise you to create a new credit identity. That's fraud, however it's packaged
  • Charge you before work is performed. The law is clear, and so is our billing
  • Keep you dependent. When your reports are clean and you know how to keep them that way, we're done
§ 5 · Client Outcomes

Results, in their words.1

3 collections removed

"Three collections I didn't even recognize came off after validation requests. Nobody had ever explained the process to me before — now I could do it myself."

Marcus T.CLIENT FOR 7 MONTHS
Advised against settling

"They talked me out of settling one debt because the score damage wasn't worth the savings. A company that tells you not to pay them for something? That earned my trust."

Dana R.CLIENT FOR 4 MONTHS
2 reporting errors fixed

"The free lessons fixed my utilization problem before I paid a dollar. Then they found and corrected two reporting errors I'd have never caught on my own."

Priya S.CLIENT FOR 9 MONTHS

1.Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. No credit repair company can lawfully promise a specific outcome; see § 4 above for what can and cannot be disputed.

§ 6 · Office Hours

Asked before enrolling.

Can you guarantee my score will go up?

No — and by law, no credit repair company can. What we can do is dispute every inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated item on your reports, negotiate valid debts, and teach you the habits that improve scores over time. If a company promises you a specific number, that's your cue to leave.

Can't I dispute items myself for free?

Yes — you have that legal right, and our curriculum teaches you exactly how. People hire us for the same reason they hire accountants: process, persistence, and time. We track every dispute across all three bureaus, escalate when furnishers stall, and handle the paperwork so you don't spend your evenings doing it.

What's the difference between credit repair and debt settlement?

Credit repair challenges inaccurate information on your reports. Debt settlement negotiates valid debts you actually owe, usually for less than the balance. Most people need some of each — the audit in Unit 01 determines which items belong in which bucket.

How long does this take?

Bureaus must respond to disputes within 30 days, so first results typically appear in 30–45 days. A full cleanup usually runs 3–9 months depending on how many items your reports carry. Anyone quoting "overnight" results is describing something illegal.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Service is month to month and you can cancel anytime. Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, you also have a legal right to cancel any credit repair contract within three business days, regardless of the company.

From the Professor's Desk

Every company in this industry says "trust us." I'd rather earn it the way a teacher does — by showing you how everything works until you could do it without me.

That's why the entire curriculum is free, why every dispute we file is visible in your portal, and why I'll tell you plainly when you don't need us at all. Read the lessons before you pay anyone — including us. An informed client is our best client. Eventually, they're our best graduate.
